Every first Starter Kit comes with our 30-day money-back guarantee. Give it a few washes. If it doesn't do the job, or it just isn't for you, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the price of your kit.

• Your first Starter Kit: the tablets, the storage tin and both mesh bags.
• Opened or unopened. You don't need to have any tablets left.
• One guarantee per household.

You can send your return back any way you like. Return postage is paid by you.

• We refund the price you paid for your Starter Kit. Delivery charges aren't refunded under the guarantee, and return postage is paid by you.
• Refunds are made once your return has arrived and been checked, and always within 14 days of it reaching us.
• The money goes back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank may take 3 to 5 working days to show it.
• If you'd started a refill plan with your kit, we'll cancel it at the same time, so no more boxes or charges.

You can send back any unopened refill pack within 14 days of it arriving for a refund. Email us for our returns address. Return postage is paid by you.

You're in charge of your plan. Skip a box, pause, change how often it comes or cancel any time in your account. Make the change before your next billing date and it applies to the next box.

Cancelling stops future boxes. It doesn't refund boxes that have already been sent, but you can still return them unopened within 14 days.

If something arrives damaged, the tablets have crumbled, or part of your order is missing, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a refund, whichever you prefer. You won't need to send anything back.

Our guarantee is on top of your legal rights, not instead of them.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you're entitled to a refund, repair or replacement if something is faulty or not as described. Nothing in this policy changes those rights.

That means two things for you. If you cancel within 14 days of delivery, we also refund the standard delivery charge you paid. If something is faulty, we cover the cost of sending it back.
